The intentional shift is more than a one-time experience, it’s a way of living. Each breath and every moment is an opportunity to begin again. Progress is built through small, intentional steps and choices that are repeated often.

The Shift

Breathwork + Meditation

A calm, supportive space to slow down, ground, and reconnect. Through intentional breathwork and guided meditation, we will settle the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and create space for clarity and perspective.

This session is appropriate for all levels, including those new to breathwork. You are encouraged to participate from a comfortable, quiet space where you can fully receive the practice.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected as you move into the week

Class time ranges from 60-75 minutes depending on what is required for the group experience. Kindly reserve the entire time for integration.

Akashic Breathwork

Akashic Breathwork Sessions open the Akasha and allow the energy of all that IS to pour through! 

Sessions range from a gentle and restorative flow to a high-energy breakthrough experience. 

Somatic movement, rhythmic breathing, energy clearing/activation and guided meditation journeys help you unlock deep healing and relaxation in this intimate group zoom.

Class time ranges from 75 - 90 minutes depending on what is required for the group experience. Kindly reserve the entire time for integration.
